THE AGREEMENTS CONCLUDED IN MOSCOW ARE ILLEGAL. MR. LUKASHENKA IS ADOPTING CRIMINAL POLICIES

September 9, 2021 the usurper A. Lukashenka has committed the next crime acting as betrayer of the national interests of the Belarusian state and people. He and V. Putin have adopted the documents (“the roadmaps”) which in fact represent the plan of the gradual occupation as well as of the economic and political absorption of Belarus by Russia. November 4, 2021 V. Putin and A. Lukashenka wish to approve officially these documents and legalize “the road maps” through fictitious structures of the so called “union state”.

Alaksandr Lukashenka has been not elected by the people. All the elections (especially the last presidential elections launched in August 2020) have been rigged. A. Lukashenka’s authoritarian administration has been established with the help of Moscow as a result of a coup d’etat in November 1996 when the legal Constitution of Belarus had been abolished. A. Lukashenka is not a legal representative of state power. He doesn’t have any rights to represent the country and all the more to sign any life-changing documents of national security. He is committing a crime of high treason.

Alaksandr Lukashenka and Vladimir Putin are approving the unlawful documents against the sovereignty of Belarus at the moment when the Russian troops are moving into Belarus. Russia makes out like it want to establish the military instruction centers, but in fact there are the Russian military bases on the territory of Belarus. This is an act of treachery and a crime of high reason committed by the Lukashenka regime.

The documents against the sovereignty of Belarus (28 of the “roadmaps”) have been approved in the atmosphere of mass repressions in Belarus and of the complete lawlessness. Russia is waging the hybrid war against the EU countries organizing the transit of illegal migrants from Middle Est and Africa and directing them to the borders of Poland, Latvia and Lithuania.

Documents adopted by the illegal person of Lukashenka on September 9, 2021 in Moscow which must be signed on November 4, 2021 are legally untenable. Lukashenka’s political activity is criminal and is subject to prosecution.

In these circumstances the international democratic society must treat the process of the integration of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus (“the union state”) as an element of the hybrid occupation of Belarus by Russia. This process not only is destroying the Belarusian state, but also represents a regional security threat. This means that the Union of Belarus and Russia must become an object of the political pressure from the international society and cannot be recognized as a political subject.

The Belarusian national and democratic movement in turn must mobilize all the forces in order to prevent anti-national activity of Lukashenka and the gradual occupation of Belarus by Russia.

We dismiss and don’t recognize the agreements signed by the Belarusian dictator and adopted in Moscow. We witness the responsibility of Lukashenka and high-ranking officials for their activity in the process of eliminating of the independence of Belarus. They will be punished for their criminal activity.
