Курапатыкаля Менску (сталіцы Рэспублікі Беларусь)– гэта найвялікшы магільнікбеларускіх ахвяраў, забітых расейскіміакупантамі ў пэрыяд камуністычнагагенацыду нашай нацыі (1937-1941). НацыянальныМэмарыял, створаны на гэтым месцыбеларускім народам, мае афіцыйны статусаб’екта гісторыка-культурнай спадчыныПершай катэгорыі.

Афіцэрысавецкай сакрэтнай паліцыі НКВДрасстралялі ў Курапатах і закапалі ўямах каля 250 000 чалавек з 1937 г. па 23чэрвеня 1941 г. (другі дзень нямецкайінвазіі супраць Савецкага Саюза). Пазагаду Масквы расейскія камуністычныяакупанты забівалі нявінных людзей –мужчын і жанчын – тут і ў многіх іншыхмесцах па ўсёй Беларусі. Масква спускалаадміністрацыі кожнай вобласьці, раёнаі вёскі мясцовы план зьнішчэньнябеларускага насельніцтва. Штоночспэцыяльныя закрытыя машыны НКВД(“хапуны”) прыязджалі ў мясцовасьці іарыштоўвалі ахвяраў. Арыштаваныхзбольшага прыгаворвалі да сьмерці нааснове незаконных прысудаў так званых“троек” (тры прадстаўнікі савецкайадміністрацыі, НКВД і камуністычнайпартыі).

Расейскіякамуністычныя акупанты забівалі першза ўсё беларускіх пісьменьнікаў, паэтаў,навукоўцаў, гаспадарнікаў, прафэсуру,а таксама многіх рабочых і сялян,сьвятароў і вернікаў. НКВД забіў усіхда аднаго беларускіх археолагаў імастацтвазнаўцаў. З 800 пісьменьнікаў іпаэтаў забілі 633 асобы. Са 104 асобаўвышэйшай кіруючай адміністрацыідзяржаўнай ўлады забілі 102 асобы. Засавецкі пэрыяд з 1917 года расейскі НКВДзьнішчыў каля двух мільёнаў чалавек уБеларусі (20 адсоткаў насельніцтва)

Савецкаяадміністрацыя трымала ў сакрэце гэтаетрагічнае месца на працягу многіх гадоў.У 1988 г. гэтае месца было адкрыта ідасьледвана сп. Зянонам Пазьняком,вядомым археолагам (потым і цяперпалітычны дзяяч апазыцыйнага накірунку).Археолагі знайшлі на сёньняшні дзенькаля 600 ям з парэшткамі ахвяр у Курапатах.У 1988 г. Пракуратура Беларусі ўзбудзілакрымінальную справу і назірала (разамз Беларускім Міністэрствам УнутраныхСпраў і Беларускай Акадэміяй навук) заархеалагічнымі раскопкамі і эксгумацыяміў Курапатах.

У1990 г. камуністычныя ўлады Беларусівымушаны былі прызнаць факт масавыхзабойстваў людзей савецкім НКВД уКурапатах. Масаваму магільніку быланададзена афіцыйная ахова.

Алепуцінская Масква і яе сатэлітны рэжымЛукашэнкі некалькі разоў (пад ціскамМасквы) спрабавалі зьнішчыць Курапаты.Беларускі народ бараніў сваю сьвятыню,змагаючыся супраць аддзелаў міліцыі іКГБ. Апошнім часам Масква зноў цісьнена дыктатарскі рэжым Лукашэнкі і зноў імкнецца разбурыць Народны Мэмарыял.Для пуцінскай Расеі гэта важна, бопарэшткі расстраляных людзей у Курапатахёсьць факталагічнай улікай злачынствагенацыду. Масква імкнецца пазьбегнуцьадказнасьці за массавыя забойствылюдзей.

Курапатымаюць спэцыяльную ахоўную зону. Менавітаў гэтай зоне ўлады дазволілі пабудовурэстарана і забаўляльнай установы назагад Масквы і ў выніку карупцыі. Гэтаёсьць грубым парушэньнем Закона. Рэстаран«Поедем-поедим»мае банкетныя залі, танцавальныя холы,саўну, а таксама інтымныя пакоі. Сп.Леанід Зайдэс зьяўляецца адказнымуладальнікам гэтага комплекса. Каля 30расейскіх і замежных фірм удзельнічаюцьу гэтым незаконным праекце.

СпачаткуПракуратура і Міністэрства культурыБеларусі прынялі прапановувыканаць закон і ліквідаваць гэты незаконны аб’ект. Алепачалі дзейнічаць карупцыя і палітычныясхемы. Нягледзячы на пратэсты грамадзтвасупраць парушэньняЗакона рэстаран і забаўляльная ўстановабылі адкрыты для кліентаў.

Сэнсгэтай правакацыі -- праз кашчунства,праз зьнявагу пачуцьцяў людзей ісакральнага зьместу нацыянальнагамагільніка памяці пра генацыд -- выклікацьграмадзкія канфлікты і скарыстаць іхяк повад для зьнішчэньня НароднакаМэмарыялу, стварыць там мэмарыяльнуюфальшыўку, заблытаць і зацямніць праўдупра злачынствы супраць чалавецтвва.

Беларускаеграмадзтва пратэстуе, заклікае дашанаваньня маралі, патрабуе ліквідацыіблюзьнерскага аб’екта, разьмешчанагаў ахоўнай зоне Народнага Мэмарыялагенацыда. Грамадзкияпрадстаўнікіі актывісты заклікаюць ўсіх сумленныхлюдзей байкатаваць гэты ганебнызабаўляльны рэстаран,не падтрымліваць яго існаваньне.

KURAPATY

Kurapatynear Minsk (the capital of the Republic of Belarus) is the biggestmass grave of the Belarusian victims killed by the Russian occupantsin the period of the communist genocide of our nation (1937-1941).The National Memorial created in this place by the Belarusian peoplehas the official status – the object of the historical and culturalheritage of the First category.

Theofficers of the Soviet secret police NKVD have shot in Kurapaty andburied in the holes c. 250 000 persons since 1937 till June 23,1941 (the second day of the German invasion into the Soviet Union).In accordance with the Moscow’s order the Russian communistoccupants killed the innocent persons – men and women – here andin many other places in whole Belarus. Moscow presented to theadministration of every region, province and village a local plan ofthe annihilation of the Belarusian population. Every night thespecial NKVD panel vans (“khapuns”) arrived to the communities inorder to arrest the victims. The arrested persons have been sentencedto death mostly in accordance with the illegal sentences of theso-called “troika” (three representatives of the Sovietadministration, NKVD and Communist party).

TheRussian communist occupants killed first and foremost the Belarusianwriters, poets, scientists, managers, professors, as well as manyworkers and farmers, priests and believers. The NKVD has killed eachand every one of the Belarusian archeologists and art historians aswell as 633 writers and poets among 800 men of letters and 102members of the high Belarusian state administration among 104 ofthem. During the Soviet period since 1917 the Russian NKVD hasannihilated c. two million of persons in Belarus (20% of thepopulation).

TheSoviet administration kept secret this tragic place during manyyears. 1988 this place has been revealed and explored by Mr. ZianonPazniak, the known archeologist (he has acted and is acting now asthe opposition politician). Until recently the archeologists havefound c. 600 holes with the remains of victims in Kurapaty. 1988 theProcurators office of Belarus has opened the criminal case andassisted (together with the Belarusian Ministry of the Interior andBelarusian Academy of Sciences) the archeological excavations andexhumations in Kurapaty.

1990the communist administration of Belarus has been obliged to recognizethe fact of the mass killings by the Soviet NKVD in Kurapaty. Themass grave has been given official protection.

ButPutin’s Moscow and its satellite Lukashenka’s regime have triedseveral times to annihilate Kurapaty. The Belarusian people defendedits holy place fighting against the police and KGB detachments.During the last period Moscow is pressing the dictatorial Lukashenkaregime and trying again to destroy the National Memorial. This isvery important for Putin’s Russia because the remains of the killedBelarusian persons in Kurapaty is a factual evidence of the genocide.Moscow is trying to avoid responsibility for the mass killings inBelarus.

Kurapatyhas a special protected area. Namely in this area the administrationhas permitted to construct a restaurant and entertainment site inaccordance with Moscow’s order and as a result of corruption. Thisis a grave violation of the Law. The restaurant Poyedem-Poyedim(Let’s Go to Eat) has the banqueting rooms, dancing halls, a saunaas well as the intimate rooms. Mr. Leanid Zeides is the responsibleowner of this complex. C. 30 Russian and other foreign companies areparticipating in this illegal project.

Atfirst the Procurator’s office and the Ministry of Culture ofBelarus have decided to liquidate this illegal object. But later thecorruption and the political schemes started to act. Despite thesociety’s protests against the violation of Law the restaurant andthe entertainment site have been open for clients.

Thisprovocation has a special goal. Moscow is trying to provoke thesocial conflicts through the sacrilegious acts directed against thepeople’s feelings and sacred sense of the victim’s tombs and thenational memory and to use them as a cause in order to destroy theNational Memorial. Moscow is trying to construct a falsepseudo-memorial in Kurapaty in order to disorient the society and topervert the truth on the criminal acts against the humanity.

TheBelarusian society is protesting, appealing to the morale anddemanding the liquidation of the sacrilegious object placed in theprotected area of the National Memorial of genocide. The Belarusianpeople appeal all the conscious persons to boycott this ignominiousentertainment object and not to support its activity.
